Jerod Violett, CPA

A passionate professional, Jerod displays an impressive devotion to his work. He joined the CJBS team in June of 2019, bringing with him valuable experience. His resume includes eight years of experience working in the Real Estate Tax Groups at RSM, KPMG, and Global Logistic Properties. He has assisted real estate companies ranging from small rental properties to massive REITs.

Raised in Southern Illinois, Jerod currently lives in the River North neighborhood of Chicago. He and his wife, Emily, have a cockapoo named Pearl. Jerod’s favorite Chicago activities include sitting on patios having drinks, exploring the excellent restaurant scene, and walking around parks and along the river. Jerod’s hobbies include craft beer, bourbon, watches, and investing.
