Jennifer Poncher
Administrative Assistant


Jenn has been a great addition the CJBS administrative team since early 2019. She currently serves as an administrative assistant, working primarily in tax and payroll. She has a long history of experience in administration—she got her first job as an executive administrator when she was just fifteen years old!

A hardworking and patient professional, Jenn’s colleagues appreciate her friendliness and ability to take initiative. Throughout the course of her career, she has always striven to be a good listener—she believes that once you’ve achieved that, everything else will fall into place. Jenn attributes her career success to her life-long love of learning.

Raised in Wheeling and Lake Zurich, Jenn currently lives in Buffalo Grove with her Husband, Marc. Together they have one son, Alex, and two “fuzzy children” (aka Shih Tzus), Riley and Bear. In her free time, Jenn enjoys boating and going to the beach. She is also an accomplished graphic artist and loves to sing.
