Martin Nye

History of Expertise
Marty Nye joined Questus in June of 2002 when his firm, Nye & Nye, merged with CJBS. Marty brings his exceptional experience and insight into the small business market to the Questus team. Marty’s many long-standing individual and corporate clients continue to rely on his advice and knowledge. Marty originally comes from a theatrical background, but always found that numbers and organization came easily to him. He gravitated to accounting because it also included his interest in business. Marty had his own practice for three decades before merging with CJBS.

Educational Background

Marty attended both Roosevelt University and DePaul University.

Professional Affiliations

Marty is the former President of the Independent Accountant’s Association of Illinois. He has also served as chairman for various liaison committees with governmental agencies, including the IRS.
