History of Expertise
Marshall has been part of the Questus family since 2006 when Bloom, Bloom & Magad merged with CJBS since 2006. Marshall has extensive experience in working with small businesses and the unique issues that they face. He regularly consults with clients to aid them in ways to control costs, increase revenues, and manage their business, as well as tax and financial planning. Marshall has represented numerous clients with tax matters before both the Internal Revenue Service and the Illinois Department of Revenue.

Educational Background

Marshall received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Northern Illinois University in 1981, and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management in 1993. Marshall also holds an Insurance Producers License.

Professional Affiliations

Marshall is a member of the Independent Accountants Association of Illinois. He is enrolled to practice before the Internal Revenue Service.

Personal Interests


Marshall lives in Buffalo Grove with his wife and two children. He loves sports, reading and history.
